When was the final payment?
Final payments were issued through your preferred payment method (PayPal, Check, Digital Gift Card) on March 31, 2021. The final date to set your payment preferences to receive your payment was March 28, 2021.

Additional payment information:

Digital gift cards were issued to the email address associated with your Jewel account. If you do not have access to the email address associated with your Jewel account, the digital gift card cannot be re-issued to a different email address.

PayPal will not permit Jewel to cancel a payment once it has been issued. If you do not have access to the PayPal account provided in your Jewel payment preferences, you may have to work with PayPal customer service to access your cash back payment. If you have still not received your PayPal transaction after 30 days, please contact [email protected] Please note this inbox will only be monitored until September 30, 2021.

Jewel is not able to issue a stop payment on a check that was mailed to the correct address in your Jewel payment preferences at the time of the payout unless the check was lost and has remained uncashed for a period of 90 days after processing. If you moved after the check was mailed, please ensure that you have mail forwarding set up with the postal service so that the check will be forwarded to your new address. Once a check is issued, it can take 7-14 business days to arrive at the address provided in the payment settings of your Jewel account. Please note, factors such as inclement weather, holidays, and mail forwarding may affect this timeframe. If you have still not received your check after 90 days, please contact [email protected] Please note this inbox will only be monitored until September 30, 2021.

What happens to your account once Jewel is gone?
The last day to access your Jewel account to view your order and payment details was April 22, 2021. Customer data will be retained per our Data Retention Policy as stated in the Jewel Privacy Policy (available on www.usejewel.com/privacy)
